Thanksgiving
About a year ago, Avi's article was published in his school newspaper on why it is forbidden for Jews to celebrate Thanksgiving. I told him at the time, he needed to have quoted authorities other than his big brother.
When I can scan the article, I'll post it. In the meantime, Avi's (and Menachem's) views on Thanksgiving continue not to prevail in what remains of our family.

Last Thanksgiving was the last time we saw Avi. He spent some time outside throwing snowballs with his cousin Mira.
There were also a few rounds of knock-hockey.
If you had not celebrated Thanksgiving, we would not have that memory.
